The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and were always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. the private pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. the location was also great, being in a secure gated community and close to attractions like Playa Dorado. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again.

It would have been nice to have more regular towel and bedding changes, as well as basic toiletries provided. the location was a bit difficult to find, which caused some confusion for me and my taxi driver.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The private pool was a fantastic bonus, providing a relaxing and refreshing experience. The location, although a bit difficult to find at first, offered a quiet and secure atmosphere. The place was clean and well-maintained. the permanent neighbors were friendly. the pool area and yard were nice. the host spoke perfect English and had a great attitude. There were adorable dogs on the property. the inside was comfortable and had basic kitchen amenities.

I just loved my stay at Estancia Las Mercedes in Puerto Plata! The value for the money was amazing, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect - in a quiet and secure neighborhood, yet just a short drive to Playa Dorado Ocean Beach. The staff, especially the owners Ralph and his wife, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.
